Atlanta Properties Buckhead may send SMS text messages to individuals who have provided verbal consent to be contacted. We communicate with real estate agents, prospective buyers, sellers, and vendors/contractors regarding property listings, buyer and seller inquiries, permit coordination, and inspection scheduling. Messages are sent manually on an as-needed basis only — we do not use automated or bulk messaging.

Consent is obtained verbally over the phone. Before sending any SMS message, recipients are informed of the following:
